Job summary

Sam's Club in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time team member to support member services, locate merchandise, and promote products. Shifts may vary, and the position pays hourly between $23.00 and $31.00.

You will assist management with supervision, training, scheduling, and safety compliance; ensure proper merchandising, returns handling, and documentation; and help drive sales while upholding our standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology and purchases.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and completes documentation per policies.
• Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintains merchandising and product displays; signs and prices items; manages returns and shrink.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports change with a customer-focused mindset.
• Oversees club pick-up order staging and process improvements for business needs.
