Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Guides members on self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Assists with stocking, shelving, pricing, and merchandise presentation.
• Ensures safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervises and trains associates, communicates goals and feedback, and supports recruiting and scheduling.
