Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong attention to pricing and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Manage planogram sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee truck execution and stock flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
