Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards and driving effective Floorsets.

You will assist with merchandising updates, replenishment, and ensuring the store is guest-ready with a sharp attention to detail and a collaborative team approach. You will help execute Floorsets, coach the floorset team, and contribute to opportunities for improved sell-through while upholding store

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Lead Floorset execution through coaching and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store through merchandising and replenishment.
