Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Visual Standards and drive Floorset execution. You will train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and push merchandising updates to keep the store guest-ready.

You will champion guest experience, lead a collaborative team, and ensure store safety and policy compliance while maintaining strong visual standards across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset teams to standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify opportunities and work with leadership to act.
