Job summary

Sam’s Club in El Monte, CA is hiring for a full-time member service associate. You’ll help members with their needs, guide self-service technology, assist with purchases, and promote products and services while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service tech, assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain safety and merchandising on the sales floor, stock, price, and prepare product displays to meet standards.
