Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, and guiding member service approaches.
• Maintains safety and organizes merchandise on the sales floor, including setting up displays, pricing, and restocking to adhere to company policies.
