Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; guiding and supporting members with self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving issues; and promoting products and services.

Assists management in supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing guidance to ensure excellent member service and compliance with policies.

Receives, stocks, and organizes supplies and merchandise, maintains safety and cleanliness, and ensures proper merchandise presentation and product quality.

Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, promotes compliance with policies, and leads team activities, including order staging and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience
