Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing guidance to ensure excellent member service and compliance with policies.
  2. Receive, stock, and organize supplies and merchandise, maintain sales floor, and ensure safety standards are met.
  3. Maintain merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, and ensure product quality and sanitation standards.
  4. Oversee club pickup orders, develop and implement processes to meet business needs, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  5. Lead and participate in team activities, promote a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence, and support ethical practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 or older, with 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
