Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, and participating in recruiting and evaluating staff. Responsible for organizing supplies and merchandise, maintaining safety standards, ensuring merchandise presentation, overseeing order picking, and developing processes to meet business needs. Promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards, leads team efforts, and models company values such as respect, integrity, customer service, and excellence.

Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
