Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser/Store Team Member to join our front‑line team. You will maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and support online orders with curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and participate in wine, spirits, and beer training while maintaining safety and a clean store environment. A 21+ age requirement and flexible hours are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services where assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in line with company policies.
