Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the BAY-ALAMEDA, CA store. This position drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, managing MOD coverage, and maintaining pricing, promotions, and product placement. Expect strong workload planning, inventory control, and teamwork with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and people in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store merchandising execution and visual standards.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
