Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Oversee workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Planogram (POG) accuracy and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and stock movement.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
