Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution, ensuring sets are completed on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in placement and presentation.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and proper stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment processes from picking to shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction efforts.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
