You will lead truck reception, in-stock routines, and visual standards while coaching the team, managing workload, and ensuring a customer-ready store environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and a proven ability to lead store operations, inventory control, and merchandising initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store operations and maintain SOP adherence.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management skills.
• Experience with planograms and visual standards.
• Customer-focused mindset with merchandising expertise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels through Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Partner in Asset Protection and shrink reduction.
