Job summary

Michaels Loveland, CO is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. The role includes truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include workload planning, staffing alignment, SOP adherence, MOD coverage, and strong loss-prevention focus, all while coaching team members and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a store environment.
• Lift and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead planogram sets and visual standards to create a customer-ready store.
• Own workload planning, daily task prioritization, and staffing alignment.
• Oversee SOP adherence, policy execution, and store condition accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards and operational continuity.
• Manage inbound/outbound flow: truck, stock movement, ship-from-store, RTVs and ASN receipts.
• Train and coach team members, focusing on skill-building across departments.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
