Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Orlando seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling at a Neiman Marcus store location. You will report to the RPSO Manager and help ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, basic MS Office skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a 'win together' mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds may be required.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product when marked.
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
