Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support store sales and enhance the customer experience through daily operations, stocking, receiving, and merchandise handling.

You will report to the RPSO Manager and perform tasks such as fulfillment, price changes, and inventory control, with opportunities to assist with in-store events and signage. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks and a team mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product.
• Reticketing, damages, stock-out management and related inventory control processes.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Under guidance of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage.
• Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
