Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate at a Neiman Marcus store to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling, maintaining merchandise organization. You report to the RPSO Manager and perform operational tasks to support store sales, profitability and customer experience, including set‑ups for events and inventory control.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and basic MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a team mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to follow standards.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signage and movement of product.
• Inventory control processes including stock, damages and back stocking.
• Under guidance, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage.
• Support with setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
