Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in-store. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work at a Neiman Marcus location.

Responsibilities include merchandise transfers, fulfillment, pricing changes, and inventory control, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience and store profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Handle price changes and reticketing; move product when marked.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Assist with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
