Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and customer experience. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.

Responsibilities include directing merchandise flow, packing/shipping orders, set-up for events, and maintaining stockroom organization. The role requires flexibility and basic MS Office skills, with physical duties up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise handling, transfers and inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store orders.
• Place merchandise to meet standards and reticket as needed.
• Update prices and signage; move products as marked.
• Process damages and stock control activities; reticketing as required.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization.
• Assist with set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
