Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in a store location. You will support daily operations to boost sales, profitability, and customer experience, reporting to the RPSO Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers including: merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and inventory control processes.
• Merchandise product and sets sale events and signage under guidance of Managers and Visual.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
