Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Walnut Creek is seeking a Merchandise Leader to stand as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will lead floorset execution, marketing updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience sharp. You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership on merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred and a passion for visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through replenishment and merchandising.
