Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to support store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays. You will create attractive product displays, help customers when opportunities arise, and contribute to a safe, clean shopping environment.

You will spend most time on non-customer-facing tasks but may engage customers when needed. The role supports merchandising, pricing accuracy, and in-store service metrics across the store.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing is clearly visible and labels are current.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
