Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays to help customers locate products easily. You will build eye-catching displays and implement strategies showcasing in-demand products with the Merchandising Services Team.

Most tasks are behind-the-scenes, with occasional customer interactions to answer questions about merchandise, warranties, and locations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service tasks per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Support add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
