Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate store signage, pricing, and displays to make products easy to locate. The role centers on creating eye-catching displays and supporting in-store merchandising strategies with minimal direct customer interaction.

Most tasks are back‑of‑house or floor‑level, with occasional customer questions. The position supports a safe, clean, and accessible shopping environment and offers opportunities for skill development through Lowe's programs.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and digital information.
• Confirm pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
