Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate to help customers find products easily. You create displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible, supporting store operations and customer experience.

You may have limited customer interaction, but you will engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions about products or warranties and assisting with merchandise location.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and updates per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage and digital data.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and labels updated.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Communicate priorities and schedule with Merchandising Services Team.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
