Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to support store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and displays. You will help create attractive product displays and assist customers when opportunities arise, contributing to a great shopping experience across Lowe's stores.

Role emphasizes non-customer-facing work most of the time, with occasional customer interactions, and opportunities to learn trade skills within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, and maintain digital product location data.
• Ensure product pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged signs, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team/Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
