Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create eye-catching product displays, maintain clean, accessible layouts, and assist customers when opportunities arise.

The role supports weekend flexibility and participates in company benefits programs. The position emphasizes merchandising resets, adherence to Lowe's specifications, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to optimize in-store presentation

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital signage information.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products and placing displays to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
