Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting them regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing direction on member service approaches, ensuring policy compliance, and participating in recruiting and scheduling.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organizes sales floor; completes paperwork and documentation per policy.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; forklift procedures; handling hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains merchandise presentation on the sales floor: stocking, signing, pricing, cleaning, and organizing displays; addressing damaged goods and shrink; securing fragile merchandise.
• Monitors product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, sanitation, and proper categorization across departments.
• Leads and participates in teams by sharing resources and information; assessing customer needs and priorities; coordinating work; providing feedback and support to meet timelines.
• Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders; ensures products are selected and staged per policy.
