Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leadership experience including supervising and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist management with supervision and coaching of associates.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the sales floor and set up displays.
• Stock, merchandise, process returns and organize product signage.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet business goals and standards.
