The role includes supervising associates, training staff, stocking merchandise, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Eligible candidates should meet minimum age and experience requirements and be ready to contribute to a high-service environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Locate merchandise and resolve member issues and concerns according to company guidelines.
• Assist management with supervising associates, training, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Receive, stock, and organize shelves; maintain safety and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and pricing; sign, display, and restock as required.
• Oversee club pick up orders, process returns, and implement process improvements.
