Job summary

Total Wine & More in Knoxville is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock shelves, build displays, fulfill online orders, and assist with curbside pickup and delivery where required.

You\'ll greet customers, provide product knowledge, support promotions, and maintain safety standards. Must be 21+, with 1–3 years retail experience, POS familiarity, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function; follow company policies and safety laws.
