Marshalls, a TJX Companies brand, is seeking team-oriented associates to support receiving and merchandising operations at the Athens, TN store. You will help ensure efficient processing, assist customers, and maintain a clean sales floor to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Collaborate with management to set priorities and improve flow of goods.
