Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. at Marshalls in Dothan, AL is seeking a store associate to execute receiving, merchandising, and customer service standards. You will help ensure smooth product flow from truck to sales floor and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

You should be able to work nights and weekends, communicate clearly, and multi-task effectively. Prior retail and some leadership experience are valued, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor associates in merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, and stocked properly; maintain backroom organization.
• Support store leadership to meet goals and safety standards.
