Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a store associate in Tullahoma, TN to support receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates are efficient while delivering a positive customer experience.

You will interact with customers, organize backrooms, train others on standards, and help maintain store safety and cleanliness. The role emphasizes teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced off-price environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent is preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience or supervision responsibilities.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
