Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards
• Supports safety and loss prevention programs
