Job summary

TJ Maxx in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Receiving and Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure Associates process efficiently, and deliver an excellent customer experience while keeping the store clean and organized. You will train teammates, organize back stock, and support daily store operations.

The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends; prior retail and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience minimum
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains store cleanliness
• Organizes truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and stocked properly
• Drives efficiency with team to meet store priorities
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards
• Supports safety and compliance with policies and procedures
