Job summary

Scheels in Johnstown, CO is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to assist with backroom organization and freight flow. The role supports a 20-hour weekly schedule, with a 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM shift on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Very heavy lifting and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing backroom spaces and fixture storage.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate with teams before transporting freight.
• Maintain freight room organization and drop zone with receiving team.
• Plan for large seasonal shipments and maintain year-round freight flow.
• Assist customers and sales staff with loading purchased products.
• Keep personal workspace and storage areas tidy and safe.
• Know how to use all equipment and tools safely.
• Assist in snow removal and debris around the building.
• Update warehouse inventory when needed.
• Work well in a team and cover absences as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
