Job summary

Scheels Johnstown Store seeks a friendly Part-time Sales Associate to deliver a WOW shopping experience on the floor in Johnstown, CO. You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote the Scheels Visa Card while striving to hit sales goals.

As an owner, you’ll participate in the 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), enjoy the associate discount, and have opportunities to grow through training and team support. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 months of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and a smile.
• Engage with customers, assess needs, recommend products, and promote Scheels Visa Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting set goals and following Scheels standards.
• Create a positive end-user experience based on purchased products.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight and inventory restocking.
• Operate a computer and handheld scanner; use MS Office, Google Docs, and AS400.
