Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Indiantown, FL. You will support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team, focus on merchandising and processing freight, and help ensure the store runs smoothly.

The role requires prior retail/management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will work in a high-energy, team environment and contribute to a positive store atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Formación

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• High-energy, team-oriented environment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process freight and stock needs, including frozen & refrigerated, to meet productivity standards.
• Ensure sales floor is productive and merchandise is presented well.
