You will work with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic group of associates, focusing on merchandising and freight processing, creating positive experiences for the communities we serve. The role involves assisting with all store functions, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, policy adherence, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain store areas to company standards (stockroom and sales floor).
• Process directives (Pull/Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance, communications).
• Keep store clean and presentable, restrooms included.
• Support Store Manager with listed duties and freight flow.
