Qualifications

• Prior retail and supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Keep store clean and presentable; restock and maintain bathrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Support Store Manager with additional duties as assigned.
• Manage freight flow and plan monthly Sales Planners.
