You’ll handle opening/closing tasks, protect assets, maintain clean, well-stocked areas, and uphold safety guidelines while delivering friendly service. This at-will role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with our retail team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store areas clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise and manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective and maintain monthly planners.
