Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Brunswick, GA to assist the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will focus on merchandising, freight processing, and daily store operations.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to manage store duties, and a hands-on approach to maintaining a clean, organized sales floor while upholding company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Responsible for cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
