Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll support the Store Manager in guiding a dynamic group of associates, delivering engaging customer experiences and driving efficient merchandising and freight processing.

You’ll help manage daily store functions, maintain stockrooms and sales floors to company standards, and uphold safety and asset protection while fostering a positive, fast‑paced team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open/close procedures as needed.
• Protect company assets including cash.
• Maintain store areas to company standards.
• Process freight and merchandise needs per productivity standards.
• Assist with monthly Sales Planners and stock merchandise.
