Responsibilities include opening/closing, asset protection, stock and floor maintenance, implementing directives, maintaining cleanliness, safe friendly environment, and assisting with freight flow and monthly planners.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Follow safety policies and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Restock and maintain bathrooms, floors, and general store presentation.
• Interact with customers, associates and leaders in a positive, respectful manner.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise and freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise including frozen and refrigerated items.
• Maintain a sales-effective sales floor and merchandise plan.
• Develop monthly sales planners and clip strips/power panels.
