Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Merchandising Assistant of Case Goods to support the Category Manager across Bedroom and Dining Room lines. You will contribute to buying, product development, forecasting, and pricing for 150 showrooms and our e-commerce platform.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative approach with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to optimize sales growth. This is an on-site position at our Liverpool, NY location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Analytical thinker with strong Excel and AI tooling to develop reporting and insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Multitask across categories and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lead SKU creation, maintenance, and communication in NetSuite for multiple product lines.
• Oversee sample process from vendor details to PO placement and photo studio coordination.
• Approve PO/invoice costs and maintain retail and promotional pricing.
• Track new collection launches and ensure online and showroom marketing aligns.
