Raymour & Flanigan, a premier furniture retailer in the Northeast, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst for data management, reporting, and system knowledge. The role is based in Liverpool, NY, supporting the Supply Chain team with data integrity and weekly database transitions.

You will create Excel reports, monitor operations, and help optimize the flow from forecast to purchase orders while collaborating with vendors to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a process oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP and database applications is a plus.
• Four year college degree required or applicable experience.
• Relevant coursework in Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Item Master data with accuracy and integrity.
• Transition database weekly including Month Start and Year End processes.
• Analyze daily/weekly operations reports to ensure stock and vendor commitments.
• Create and maintain Excel reports (forecast, PO maintenance, etc.).
• Update SKU fields to ensure smooth flow from forecast to PO transmission.
• Support forecasting, planning software and PO transmission processes.
• Assist with PO creation and delivery date accuracy.
• Develop tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet supply chain expectations.
• Understand domestic and import shipment flows to support 3-day delivery.

Raymour & Flanigan, the premier furniture retailer in the Northeast, is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional, based in Liverpool, NY, that can join our team and work to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. The primary function of this Analyst role is to provide specialized support to the Supply Chain team through data management, reporting and strong system knowledge.

Expectations and Job Functions

• Provide support to the Supply Chain team while maintaining the Item Master database with data integrity and accuracy.
• Responsible for transitioning the database weekly and including Month Start and Year End processes.
• Review and analyze daily and weekly operations reports and monitor operational performance to ensure products are in stock, vendor commitments are maintained.
• Creates and maintains Excel reporting for the team, such as forecast files, PO maintenance files, and exception based reporting.
• Update fields at the sku level in the Item Master database to maintain accurate flow of goods from new introduction skus to exiting of groups.
• Develop systems understanding of forecasting and planning software to enhance and flow product from forecast, to purchase order transmission, acknowledgement, expediting.
• Assists the team with PO generation and transmission to vendor, through to maintaining accurate delivery dates on PO's.
• Contribute to the development of tools and processes which make the team more efficient.
• Collaborate with vendor community to ensure compliance with Raymour & Flanigan's supply chain management expectations.
• Develop an understanding of the flow import and domestic shipments to support delivery of any item within 3 days or less anywhere in our trading area.

• Must thrive in a fast paced, demand orientated business with frequent and rapid priority changes within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills, process oriented and demonstrated business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and data base applications is a plus.
• Four year college degree required or applicable experience.
• Relevant course work in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other related discipline is preferred.
