Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan, the premier furniture retailer in the Northeast, seeks a Demand Planning Analyst in Liverpool, NY. This role supports the Supply Chain through data management, reporting, and strong system knowledge to optimize inventory.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Item Master with data integrity, weekly database transitions, Excel-based forecasting reports, and coordinating PO transmission with vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP and database applications is a plus.
• Four-year college degree is required or equivalent experience.
• Relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Item Master database with data integrity and accuracy.
• Transition the database weekly, including Month Start and Year End processes.
• Review and analyze daily/weekly operations to ensure stock and vendor commitments.
• Create and maintain Excel reporting for forecasting, PO maintenance, and exceptions.
• Update fields at the SKU level to ensure accurate flow of goods.
